Gu?a de actividades para el manejo de la agresividad en el aula a partir del di?logo curricular entre el MOSEIB Y EGB, desde un enfoque de diversidad e igualdad

Dentro del proceso educacional, existen una serie de problem?ticas, que repercuten directamente en el proceso de ense?anza aprendizaje, siendo la agresividad una de las m?s conocidas y dif?ciles de tratar; es as? que el presente trabajo investigativo plantea una gu?a de actividades para su manejo dentro del aula de clases, pero con una estrategia diferente que es el di?logo curricular entre el MOSEIB y EGB, la misma que puede ser aplicada en Unidades Educativas de Educaci?n Intercultural Biling?e y Educaci?n General B?sica, tanto del sector p?blico como del sector privado, pudiendo ser utilizada no solamente por los docentes, sino tambi?n por todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa. La elaboraci?n de la gu?a, tiene su fundamento, en el m?todo descriptivo, el mismo que se basa en una revisi?n bibliogr?fica de diferentes estrategias que se plantean para manejar la agresividad, partiendo siempre desde el enfoque de diversidad e igualdad. La propuesta toma en cuenta la materia de Desarrollo Humano Integral, como una alternativa para trabajar la gu?a todo el a?o lectivo, aunque tambi?n es interdisciplinaria, porque se puede utilizar en cualquier otra materia. Toda la gu?a parte de las bases del MOSEIB como son el Respeto y cuidado a la naturaleza, La persona, La familia y La comunidad, m?s los ejes transversales que surgen de la visi?n de Enrique Chaux. Quedando como conclusi?n que del di?logo curricular entre los lineamientos del MOSEIB y el Curr?culo de EGB, se pueden generar varias soluciones para superar las problem?ticas que la educaci?n en general afronta en la actualidad.
Within the educational process, there are a series of problems that have a direct impact on the teaching-learning process, being aggressiveness one of the best known and difficult to treat; Thus, the present investigative work proposes a guide of activities for its management within the classroom, but with a different strategy which is the curricular dialogue between the MOSEIB and EGB, the same that can be applied in Educational Units of Intercultural Bilingual Education and Basic General Education, both in the public and private sectors, and can be used not only by teachers, but also by all members of the educational community. The development of the guide is based on the descriptive method, which is based on a bibliographic review of different strategies that are proposed to manage aggressiveness, always starting from the diversity and equality approach. The proposal takes into account the subject of Integral Human Development, as an alternative to work the guide throughout the school year, although it is also interdisciplinary, because it can be used in any other subject. The entire guide starts from the bases of the MOSEIB such as Respect and care for nature, the person, the family and the community plus, the transversal axes that arise from the vision of Enrique Chaux. Concluding from the curricular dialogue between the guidelines of the MOSEIB and the EGB Curriculum, several solutions can be drawn to overcome the problems that education in general faces today.
