La parroquia de Turi, ubicada a 4 kilómetros al sur de la capital Azuaya, en el cantón Cuenca, posee un área que abarca tres espacios perfectamente definidos como son: Turi - Centro, Ghuzho y Punta Corral. El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado parroquial de Turi, en su afán de brindar comodidad y seguridad a los moradores y residentes del sector, y con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida de la población, tiene como finalidad el optimizar las características de las vías del sector. En función de ello, y considerando el crecimiento vehicular en la zona, en el presente trabajo, se analizan los tramos comprendidos entre el Centro de Rehabilitación Social Sierra Sur (Turi) y San Pedro – Ascención; y, un segundo tramo, comprendido entre Santísima Trinidad - Punta Corral, carreteras que en su totalidad abarcan 4.5 kilómetros de recorrido y cierran el anillo vial. Por ello, el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado parroquial de Turi, ha visto la necesidad de mejorar dichas vías, optimizando las condiciones de tránsito. La investigación planteada, se compone de un diseño geométrico y uno de pavimentos, regidos a los distintos parámetros viales vigentes, establecidos en la normativa actualizada. De esta manera, se busca brindar a los transeúntes y moradores de la zona, una vía moderna, cómoda, que se ajuste a sus necesidades, evitando así posibles expropiaciones a los residentes del sector, lo que favorecerá en el costo final de la obra, reflejado en el presupuesto referencial, garantizando de forma general, un proyecto viable, sustentable y de alto carácter técnico.
The parish of Turi, located 4 kilometers south of the province of Azuay, in the Cuenca canton, covers an area of three perfectly well-defined spaces such as: Turi - Centro, Ghuzho and Punta Corral. The Decentralized Autonomous Government of the parish of Turi, in an effort to provide comfort and security to the residents and inhabitants, and with the objective to improve the life quality of its population, has the determination to optimize the characteristics of the roads in the area. On this basis, and considering the vehicular growth, in this research, the stretches between the Social Rehabilitation Center Sierra Sur (Turi) and San Pedro - Ascención; and, a second stretch, between Santísima Trinidad - Punta Corral, which covers 4.5 kilometers of road and closes the beltway. Therefore, the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the parish of Turi, has viewed the need to improve these roads, optimizing transportation conditions. The proposed research, consists of a geometric design and pavement, recognized by the several road parameters established in the current legislation. In this way, it seeks to provide passers-by and residents of the area, a modern, comfortable road which meets their needs, thus avoiding possible expropriation of the residents in the area, which will suit the final cost of the project, shown in the referential budget, ensuring a viable, sustainable and extraordinary technical project.
