Basado en las buenas prácticas de COBIT 5, se desarrolla esta investigación y se propone un diseño orientado hacia las Pymes grandes y medianas en Quito-Ecuador que su actividad y razón social es brindar servicios de soporte técnico y desarrollo de tecnológico. Se realizó una investigación de cómo está conformado el departamento de TI de las empresas Pymes grandes y medianas obteniendo un genérico de hardware, software, redes y telecomunicaciones, y el número de personas por departamento, mediante la aplicación de instrumentos de investigación se recolecto información y se generó el estándar de TI y con la utilización de COBIT 5 revisamos los procesos genéricos que se aplican en el departamento. Para obtener los procesos más relevantes se realizó un análisis mediante el uso de un conjunto de matrices cruzadas.
This investigation is developed based on the good practices of COBIT 5, and it proposes a design oriented towards the large and medium-sized SMEs in Quito-Ecuador, whose activity and business name is to provide technical support services and technological development. It was carried out an investigation on how it is constituted the IT department of large and medium-sized SMEs obtaining a hardware, software, network and telecommunication generic, and the number of people by department. Through the application of research instruments, the data was collected and the IT standard was generated, and with the use of COBIT 5, the generic processes the are applied to the department were revised. For obtaining the most relevant processes, it was carried out an analysis by using a set of correlation matrices, and it was determined the applicable processes to the large and medium sized SMEs.
