La presente investigación está enfocada a diseñar procedimientos Administrativos y Financieros para la empresa Cusimano Import Cía. Ltda., con el objetivo de establecer un control interno que permita que los recursos humanos, financieros, materiales y tecnológicos de la empresa se manejen con eficiencia y a la vez permita detectar de manera oportuna errores o desviaciones dando a conocer sus causas, para de esta manera aplicar las medidas correctivas pertinentes que disminuyan total o parcialmente los riesgos y de esta forma lograr cumplir las metas y objetivos planteados por la Administración. En respuesta a la necesidad de Cusimano Import Cía. Ltda., nace la propuesta de diseño de procedimientos Administrativos y Financieros en sus principales áreas: Importación y Comercialización.
The current research is focused to designing administrative and financial methods for Cusimano Import Cia. Ltda. enterprise, with the objective of establishing an internal control which allows the human, financial, material and technological resources of the enterprise to be managed with efficiency and also permits to detect in an appropriate way the mistakes or deviations knowing the causes, in order to apply the pertinent corrective actions that reduce the risks totally or partially and this way to get accomplish the goals and objectives planned by the management. In response to the necessity of Cusimano Import Cia. Ltda., it originates the proposal of design of administrative and financial methods in the principal areas: import and marketing.
