En la actualidad la compañía enfrenta una acelerada competencia en el mercado de transporte de pasajeros, al no contar con una herramienta que le permita enfrentarse a este tipo de amenazas. Por tal motivo está investigación está orientada al mejoramiento de procesos en las áreas administrativa y financiera, que fomenten la eficiencia y eficacia de las distintas actividades, en cumplimiento de las políticas y lineamientos para el logro de metas y objetivos. Para un análisis efectivo, se estudió por separado el área administrativa y el área financiera, llegando a establecer una propuesta de procedimientos para cada área, que contenga objetivos específicos, que defina cuál es la función de cada persona dentro de la organización, que identifique el procedimiento a seguir y establecer controles posteriores para verificar el cumplimiento de dichos objetivos y una acertada toma de decisiones en beneficio de la compañía.
Now a day companies of public transportation are having more competences that they use to and with having any weapon to battle this type of danger. That is way this investigation has his main point in developing a better administration and financial area, to encourage the efficiency and effectiveness of the different activities so we can carry out our goals and objects. To analyse the efficiency we studied different administrations and finical area, trying to establish a propose of progress in each area that has specific objects which define the real function of the human been in the organization and that it can be identify the progress that we have to carry on and also use so that we can establish from the goals and object that we are trying to reach for our company.
