Description

The present titration work was developed in the sector of the Mariscal, Canton Quito, and Province of Pichincha in one of the best hotels five stars with that counts the city, dedicated to the impulse of the tourism. This document will allow to know, to identify, to measure and to evaluate the occupational risks to which the collaborators of the kitchen area are exposed, for that the matrix GTC-45 is used. It is a necessity for the company to carry out the investigation to comply with the constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, which requires that every person with the right to carry out his work in an adequate environment and that guarantees his health, integrity, safety, hygiene and Wellness The results of the investigation propose the preventive and corrective measures pertinent to guarantee compliance with legal regulations. In addition, staff are made aware of accidents and occupational diseases.
El presente trabajo de titulación se desarrolló en el sector de la Mariscal, Cantón Quito, Provincia de Pichincha en uno de los mejores hoteles cinco estrellas con el que cuenta la ciudad, dedicada al impulso del turismo. Este documento permitirá conocer, identificar, medir y evaluar los riesgos laborales a los cuales los colaboradores del área de cocina se encuentran expuestos, para ello se utilizará la matriz GTC-45 . Es una necesidad de la empresa realizar esta investigación para cumplir con la constitución de la República del Ecuador, la cual exige que toda persona tendrá derecho a desarrollar sus labores en un ambiente adecuado y propicio, que garantice su salud, integridad, seguridad, higiene y bienestar. Con los resultados de la investigación se propondrá las medidas preventivas y correctivas pertinentes para garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal. Adicionalmente se concientizará al personal para evitar accidentes y enfermedades profesionales.
