Evaluación del plan curricular en el entorno de aprendizaje de la carrera de contabilidad y auditoría cp de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas Gestión Empresarial e Informática de la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar durante los años 2013-2014

Es importante que la carrera de contabilidad y auditoría cuente con una herramienta de evaluación para encontrar falencias y le ayude a realizar correcciones en el tiempo de vigencia del plan curricular adaptándole a los cambios que se efectúan en el plano de educacional superior con el fin de tomar decisiones oportunas. Nuestra investigación sirve de apoyo al rediseño del plan curricular el cual debe ser constante pues al estar dentro de un mundo competitivo es necesario contar con una malla curricular y aspectos o características propias del entorno donde se desarrolla el estudiante, al contar con los materiales y docentes con competencias necesarias el aprendizaje resulta más adecuado obteniendo profesionales de calidad académica que es lo que busca la carrera de contabilidad y auditoría. La guía que se plantea se basa en indicadores establecidos por entidades de control y seguimiento que permite determinar una evaluación global al plan curricular para su posterior rediseño si fuera este el caso. El trabajo de investigación contiene tres capítulos; el primero consta los antecedentes investigativos, justificación, la metodología utilizada que ayudo a la recopilación de la información mediante la aplicación de encuestas y entrevistas atribuidas a los estudiantes , docentes y autoridades respectivamente ; el segundo se refiere al procesamiento análisis e interpretación de resultados de las encuestas realizadas a estudiante y docentes además de un informe acerca de la entrevista aplicada a las autoridades de la carrera, en una muestra de 190 estudiantes y 33 docentes que son expresados mediante cuadros estadísticos y gráficos, y finalmente el tercer capítulo que contiene la propuesta de una guía de evaluación del plan curricular que ayude al mejoramiento de las competencias profesionales del egresado enmarcadas en la ley Orgánica de Educación Superior, en el Plan de mejoras de la Facultad y en la Guía metodológica para la evaluación y mejoramiento de las carreras (Modelo CEAACES, 2013)
It is important that the career of accounting and auditing count on an assessment tool to find flaws and help you make corrections in the lifetime of the curriculum adapting it to changes that take place at the level of higher education in order to take timely decisions. Our research serves to support the redesign of the curriculum which must be consistent as to be in a competitive world it is necessary to have a mesh or curricular aspects and characteristics of the environment where the student develops, to have the materials and teachers with learning skills needed to obtain more appropriate academic quality professionals that you look for the accounting and auditing career. The guide is raised is based on indicators established by oversight and monitoring a comprehensive assessment to determine the curriculum for further redesign if that were the case. The research contains three chapters; the first comprises the research, justification background, the methodology used to help the collection of information through the use of surveys and interviews attributed to students, teachers and authorities respectively; the second relates to processing analysis and interpretation of results of surveys of students and teachers and a report on the interview applied to race officials in a sample of 190 students and 33 teachers are expressed using statistical tables and graphics, and finally the third chapter contains a proposed curriculum evaluation guide to help plan the improvement of professional skills of graduates framed in the Organic Law on Higher Education in the Master Plan of the Faculty and the methodological guide for the evaluation and improvement of the races (Model CEAACES, 2013)
